Following up on the It's 2020 and still time... and It's 2020 and time to... series, this new design evokes the events of the Black Lives Matter demonstration in Bristol, on 7th June 2020, during which the statue of Edwards Colston, a British merchant involved in the Atlantic Slave Trade, was toppled as a clear stance against racism and inequality, denouncing how keeping such "symbols" up is preventing positive change and progress to happen in regards to current racial and social issues.
